Please note that we cannot provide application statuses before the end of the application period to comply with the admission regulation of the Technische Universität Berlin.

Application Process

After you have submitted your application it will be evaluated. If you accomplish the minimum requirements you will be asked to upload digital documents.
Your digital documents will be verified and assessed. In case of a final positive evaluation you will be notified.
Therefore, you are asked to look regularly for the stage you have reached during the application process.

Application is waiting for submission

- Have you filled out all application form fields?
- Have you activated the checkbox for "submit" application on the bottom right corner?
- Have you uploaded your picture?

Application needs to be checked

The evaluation of your online profile may take longer, depending on the number of applications. If you accomplish the minimum requirements you will be asked to upload digital documents. (Either through the GPE application portal or by separate mail.)

Waiting for checking documents

You have reached the next stage to be evaluated by our admission team. The evaluation of your documents may take up to eight - twelve weeks - depending on the number of applications.

Documents have been approved

Your application has been evaluated but it still subject to final assessment of the admission committee. Please refrain from status inquiries until the beginning of May.

Beginning of March

As the application period is coming to an end and the application team is in the middle of the evaluation and admission process, we would kindly ask you to refrain from status inquiries until the end of April as it delays the processing of all application profiles.
