we are extraordinarily pleased to announce that we now also offer you online consultation meetings via Zoom during our opening hours.

Procedure:

1) Log in to the zoom meeting.

2) Please log in with your Last Name, First Name, Intake, GPE number

3) Please stay in the online waiting area

4) You will be individually invited to the meeting

5) If there is a need for further consultation/advice, it is possible to continue the conversation with a GPE officer in a breakout room.

Please note:

• In case of high demand there might be waiting periods– however, we are engaged to keep these as short as possible.

• We will always have our webcams on to provide you with a comfortable and solid basis for consulting and would be very happy if you join us by video as well.
